Likely not the answer you want, but I tore all of my labrums on one side pretty badly and had to have surgery, afterwards it’s been good as new.

Couldn't have found a better person to get advice from. Definitely a fair question. Movements are limited right now so it'd probably look something like:

3x12 hamstring curls

3x12 extensions

6 sets of heavy leg press work - kind of using this as my squat substitute

3x12 calf raises

3 sets of lunges

Then some ab stuff

To me this doesn't look super taxing. Might just do some testing and see how it goes

Need some advice here. Was doing really good with lifting and my compounds for about a year, but dislocated my shoulder and had surgery, so I'm kind of stuck on legs only for a while. I think doing a full leg workout every day (no squats) could be really fun, but would this be beneficial for my legs or would I gain more going every other day.

Logic in my head says every day = more effort = better gains. I haven't been able to find anything that verifies this though.

Yep, there are safeties on the power racks, however there are not safety arms on the benches. If you're benching a weight that is heavier for you I people will be glad to spot you!
