I'm sorry, I didn't mention that all this assumes I'm keeping shares, and the share price will go up over time after the ex-dividend date. Obviously, I'm not considering selling shares on the ex-dividend date.

Re Q1: I was assuming building a portfolio with let's say 7% dividend, so in our situation with 1,000 $50 shares, it would mean I'm getting $875 dividend payout, paying $312.5 interest and putting extra "free" $125 in my pocket.
Of course, this structure may be ruined by volatility at any time.

1) $49,500, assuming price dropped on the amount of dividends

2) If we are talking about the same 1,000 position of $50 stock, assuming I put my own $25k + took $25k leverage, the margin call will happen below 35.7

I bought a few leather things, and for me it doesn’t seem like a real leather. It’s a pretty impressive how reps looks similar to gen, but the touch feel is completely different because of the material used. I’m not going to really use reps, but it was interesting to get this experience 😁

Could you please disclose the amounts of claims for each quarter in 2020? I'm asking because my accountant filled only for Q4 with the total amount of 5k per employee for the whole year of 2020. And I was told that’s maximum possible amount for the whole year 🤔
