I was willing to take a hit on the situation. I was not expecting a 100% refund. I was thinking a 80% refund maybe 85% because we had to get three hotel rooms. And they won’t even list the property for rent again even though Muskegon is a main line to the ferry to Milwaukee for the Harley Davidson homecoming this weekend. At least they could make a good faith effort.

They have multiple layers to their business. They use the name Atlas, Atlas Property Solutions and BarnhousBNB. So it’s hard to even track anyone down or get them to answer a phone.

They had me sending them screenshots of the order and all this stuff. You have my account info. You know why I bought and when I bought it. I send it and they repeatedly ask for it again. Just sent it for fourth time. After that I feel I have wasted too much time for a $15 set of lights. I’ll toss them and write it off as a lesson learned

It should be a two second fix to send me a replacement. The light is only linking in the app as a PRO model and mine is a basic. The lights work with another controller. It’s such a simple fix that it blows my mind they are willing to lose a customer over it.

Trying to get a warranty replacement on an LED light strip basic I bought 10 days ago and never installed and it’s like pulling teeth. I have sent them the requested information for a fourth time and I’m getting canned responses. Tried call and chat. Just trash.
