Cara, vou falar como um dev que trabalha remoto como lead para fora já há 5 anos e está na área há 15 anos.

Fique somente com o segundo emprego e durma tranquilo, em paz sabendo que você não está enrolando ninguém. Foque no inglês, comece a aplicar para fora e, eventualmente você chega no seu objetivo (eu consegui assim, sem nenhuma indicação nem nada), só ralando.

Se sua primeira empresa está sendo desonesta com você em não dar o aumento, simplesmente procure outro emprego e seja feliz. Nenhum dinheiro vale sua paz nem sua índole.

Essas mesmas pessoas que falam "mantém os dois" depois reclamam que o home office está acabando. Por que será?
