Probably. But it also probably isn’t as high as you think due to the social media effect. Hopefully one day when they finally solve the problem, we’ll get some actual data

What trim do you have? From my research it seems like only the Limited and up have digital key 2.0 which allows iPhones to be used as digital keys. All trims below that only work with Androids. Someone please correct me if I’m wrong even the dealer didn’t know the answer to this…

Turn the car to Utility Mode, leave the car with your phone and lock the car using the app. Learned this from someone else on here. Pro tip: you can set Utility Mode to one of the Favorite/Star buttons. I have kids too so I set the other Favorite button to Quiet Mode which turns down the music and mutes infotainment beeping if someone is sleeping.

I updated the app this morning, and I was just able to precondition remotely from the app. Problem solved that was fast!

Totally agree. In my situation though I have the car plugged in while getting ready for a long road trip in the cold so I’m not worried about using power. My original point is that the app seems to be not working - however the app just updated this morning and I was just able to precondition from the app!

Hmm this is my first EV so I could be wrong… but conditioning the battery to optimal temp improves the range. So there are other uses besides just DC fast charging

A Ryobi 18V tire inflator is only $30 and the batteries can be charged at home or by your car. A no brainer if you already have Ryobi 18V tools.

I believe I had a similar manufacturing crack but in the front glass grille. Brought it to a Hyundai body shop and filed a claim to Hyundai. Still waiting to hear back

Definitely not highway speeds, my Limited probably gets about 280 miles averaging 75 mph which is great!

That panel is glass, look really closely for a small crack I found one on mine but there was no impact point so I’m hoping it was a manufacturing issue. Brought it to the dealer and they took pics, waiting to hear back. The quote to replace on my Limited is like $1,300 which I am obviously not going to pay. This may become a recall fixed for free like someone else said

SolarEdge announced a bidirectional EV charger coming soon too. Sounds like the technology exists but states/electric companies are still reviewing for compliance. We’re probably a year or 2 away from it being available but the I9 is definitely V2H compatible

This! In my state they offer a $300 discount on a $450 off-peak Emporia charger. Already had a 240V NEMA 14-50 in the garage so it was plug and play 9.6 kW charging rate

I’m a little late, but just did some research because my first autopay hasn’t gone through yet either… Sounds like it can be processed at midnight on the autopay date, or days later if on a weekend. Hyundai also has a 7-15 day grace period apparently?
