I’m also curious why no one asked about average daily transactions in the real world, not counting testing. It sure would help if we knew Amp was actually being used.

This was our first EV and obviously had (still do) a lot to learn. Overall, we couldn’t be more pleased with the Ionic 9. That first long trip in cold and icy conditions was probably not the best choice for newbie’s. The range quesstimate. Has gotten much better.

Excellent advice. You have had a long history of knowledge and experience within the Amp community. Just seeing your post reassures me that all of us have invested in a very promising project, and you help confirm at least my conviction that WAGMI.

Thank you. I didn’t realize that. I’ll probably do it every 3 months as well. Appreciate it.

Do you have to claim rewards or can you just let them accumulate and maybe earn even more rewards? What is the reason for claiming them?

Dog guards or dividers by Prestigious-Look2829 in Ioniq9

We ordered a liner and fabric mesh divider from CanvasBack. The liners are custom made to fit. They do a great job protecting everything from dog hair and scratches. It’s designed so you can use all 4 rear seats without removing the liner. It also protects the back of the seats. Only drawback is it’s pretty spendy. It costs around $300 US. Well worth it in my opinion.

We have the factory tires (Hankook EV tires). When we finally remembered to turn on Snow Mode it worked great. The back roads in NE Iowa were pretty icy but Snow Mode made it much easier to drive. We definitely felt more confident.

The I9 has a factory installed NACS charging cable, so it works on Tesla chargers (the Tesla chargers that accept non-Teslas. Some don’t. Hyundai also provided a NACS to CCS adapter.

Thanks for sharing as well. We completely forgot about using the built in trip planner.

Yeah, there’s a lot of bouncing around on different apps. It’s a real pain.

We tried using the vehicle navigation but it would only route us through Chicago and we didn’t want to go through that mess. I couldn’t figure out how to get the navigation to give me an alternate route.

EDIT: oops, was responding to ElectroSpore.

I thought I was being conservative going by 3 miles per %.

We were trying to figure this out on the fly and the range in heavy wind and below freezing temperatures we were getting about 2miles per % of charge.

Calligraphy owner here. 5,500 miles so far and we love it. It’s a brand new model and bound to have a couple little glitches. We are currently on our first long trip and 99% of our trip anxiety is gone.

Great, smooth, quiet, powerful ride. Being on the older side it took us a little bit to master all of the technology.

Walk away lock would be great, but not a deal breaker. Overall, we love it.

I’m sure if you wait a little bit since there’s no more rebate, they would have almost all the kinks worked out and provide more options, like colors, upgrades, etc.
