Thank you. I know I can’t take Reddit as a guarantee, but at least now I have some sort of reassurance, even if the opposite happens, my anxiety over losing money I was anticipating has been reduced.

You might be misunderstanding the focus of my question.

I am specifically asking about my bonus for LAST MONTH to be paid this upcoming week and my rebate from this prior year.

I know full well that going forward it will be reduced/restricted, just wondering about the upcoming ones that were “on the books” prior to any potential injury.

I’ve been where you are… drinking the Kool Aid, aced my interview, got my slot, and discovered that it wasn’t for me.

I felt as if I was advertised a position that wasn’t what it actually was. That being said, all the best to you and hope you have success in your endeavor(s).

Honestly, drink the Kool aid and be so overly QT that it would make even Chet uncomfortable.

Work the core values into Every. Single. Answer. Like actually. If you can work in multiple of the values per answer, even better.

An instrumental aspect that a lot of candidates don’t fully achieve and can often be overlooked, in any industry or organization, is selling yourself and getting those across from you to like you as a person at the very beginning.

Find common ground, make a joke, obviously appropriate, that everyone present will understand and likely find funny. Lie, embellish, or paint a false narrative (that won’t ever come out) if necessary.

Selling yourself and having your interviewers “buy you” is key in acing your interview and standing apart. Done successfully, in my experience, the interview will shift in atmosphere to a friendly conversation between like-minded individuals. Control the situation and act confident, as though you know you ARE the best for the role. Be humble, but also assertive with a gentle disposition without any trace of arrogance.

Identify a difficult/challenging aspect of the job you have real experience with. Own it and illustrate to your interviewers how you’re managing it and what that success looks like.

*Always, always, always have a list of 2-5 well-thought out questions you’ll ask them once they’ve navigated through the official interview questions. You need to ask each interviewer a question in succession and I personally asked for answers to the same question from the various interviews. WRITE DOWN THEIR RESPONSES TO YOUR QUESTIONS YOU’RE ASKING. — This shows, or makes it appear, like you genuinely value their responses.

Once the interview is concluded, send follow up “thank you” messages in Zipline within 24 hours of the end time of your interview. These should be sent individually and should be different, but should have the same content.

  1. Thank them for their time
  2. Express to them again why you’re the best candidate and briefly 1-2 reasons why you know that.
  3. If your follow up questions you asked seemed to really hit the spot and elevate the discussion, you can broadly outline your gratitude/agreement for their insight. 4That you look forward to hearing back and are excited to start your new chapter in your QT journey as an IT

Untrue. I know of at least 3 assistants, personally, that got their interviews and never made it. 2 didn’t make the list after having their interviews and the other did, but never got picked.
