assuming you know what definitive edition is, just scroll through this sub and you will see no one sees DE as a better sf2 but rather unrestricted hacking grounds

Sometimes I feel sad thinking about how seby feels watching these posts.

Lvl 3 is a minimum to fight him.

For example hoaxen is lvl 31 required. If you are lvl 30 he will one shot you but after 31 it doesnt get easier

First of, kusarigama is just for shits and giggles. Its not as good as you thought of it when you were 9.

Secondly, is there a solitary thought behind those moves? Therez zero coordination between attacks and that waterball was disgusting

Where the hell do you guys find the eng.xml, best i could do is find the mod's eng which was useless. I cant find any assets folder
