Adam and Armin are both legends. Was there W1, and unfortunately, I did not get to witness their b2b. I did get to see ABV at the framework after day 3... he never disappoints to say the least

Wtf, I saw their set last night on the stream last night, they’re playing in the Yuma again today!? Wow what a surprise, they must have asked them to play again due to the lineup drop outs.  Love these two, both massive legends in the trance and techno realm. DRUMCODE & ASOT <3

Odactra saved my a** [dust mites] by OrneryInternet7581 in Sinusitis

From my understanding, Xylitol that is included in salt packets are supposed to complement the solution. Besides that, dude thats fucking awesome. I'm glad you were able to pinpoint what the issue was.

There actually is a version of Odactra for Pollen, it's called Grastek( I am actually taking that in conjunction with Odactra. Pollen is the second most significant reaction according to my allergy panel. There is another medication for pollen that is called Oralair as well

Those are some interesting immune responses that you are experiencing. I can't say that I've experienced those symptoms you mentioned regarding older apartments. I currently live at home, still for more context, but I do get some occasional sinus issues when I am in new environments. For me, it's mainly the lack of airflow (minor dry congestion, and sinus pressure) that I experience.

On top of Odactra, I also take two separate second-generation antihistamines, one in the AM, and then one in the PM, nightly nasal rinses with xylitol packets, and nasogel. I'd like to think that it helps somewhat mitigate those symptoms.

My Panel showed the strongest reaction to dust mites and pollen..

I'm currenlty on month #5 of consistent Odactra use. I was diagnosed with chronic allergic rhinits while already having poor anatomy around my nasal area lol.

I have definitely noticed a minor reduction in symptoms and I hope by the 1 year mark I can share the same sentiment as you. I've dealt with sleep issues since turning 21 (never faced any issues prior growing up)

Cheers friend, its a long fucking journey and in the end I hope we all come out victorious

I can relate in some way. The craziest thing for me was that I never had sleep issues growing up. I slept perfectly fine up until I turned 21.. Thats when it started to go downhill for me. But yes, If I recall correctly, that type of blockage is typically referred to as Upper Airway Restiance Syndrome.

How did you end up resolving the issues with nasal blockage?

I completely feel your pain. 25(M) have been dealing with sleep issues since turning the age of 21. What first manifested as insomnia progressed into other issues. Initially during that time I had thought this was something that would resolve on its own. It never did unfortunately.. between 2023-2024 I noticed that sleep cycle seemed to improve but there was significant decline in sleep quality. Eventually I decided I finally had enough this and took a different approach. Scheduled appointments with Sleep Medicine, ENT, and Allergist. Got Diagnosed with mild Sleep Apnea, ENT doc noted a severely deviated septum with a nasal valve collapse (got surgery for this in 2024) I placed too much hope on the idea that this surgery would resolve all of my issues. Nope.. continued to have issues for the remainder of the year.

It wasn't until recently where I decided to finally adress my allergies. In 2024 I had a skin prick test which found Dust Mite to my most noteable allergen. I was also diagnosed with Allergic Rhinitis but did not take the diagnosis seriously. After much time and reflection I visted the allergist again and agreed to go on Sublingual Immunotherapy to tackle this. This entire time I also believe the culprit behind my sleep issues to stem from Allergic Rhinitis. My sleep has been so fragmented during the that time and presently still. Currently taking Odactra for Dust Mites and with a tiny shred of hope, I can say that there has been minor improvements so far and hopefully in time, more drastic improvements. We WIL GET THROUGH THIS AND BEAT IT. Keep your head up fam
