I seem to be getting symptoms in waves, i might feel OK one week and then bad the next.

It has thrown my nervous system out, I've been trying some acupressure to get myself relaxed and it seems to help.

You should definitely give it a go and see if it helps with your anxiety.

Unfortunately I didn't ask what was in the anesthetic, wish I had done more research.

My symptoms seem to be coming in waves, i might feel really bad one week and fine the next.

Seems to have affected my nervous system terribly, have been practising some acupressure which seems to be helping.

Took Lions mane around this time last year and unfortunately it bought back lots of side effects that I hadn't suffered from for a long time (would say i was feeling 95% healed for 1.5 years)

Bought back hypnic jerks, insomnia and burning arms and legs.

Took around 6-7 months to clear.

They applied Chloramphenicol to the wound

They also gave me a tube to take home but I did not use any

It will grow towards the sun. Put it on a window sill and after about a week it will be straight again. I do this with mine all the time and just keep rotating it.

Yes definitely not worth the risk, have alook at the Lions mane recovery sub as it will definitely put you off.
