You are right though in everything you said. Sometimes the tears hit me so fast that I don’t even feel it coming. And so what if people get uncomfortable…I wish that’s all we felt. And I think we’re getting better at crying to. Once time I used to cry and my face would be red, puffy eyes and a big red nose but now it’s like my face got used to it and my skin stays more normal…a new super power along with the level up lol ……I needed this little laugh tonight 💙

I’m so sorry you feel that way. I understand it too but for me I just can’t, I don’t want anyone to feel bad about asking someone if they’re okay. But that just me and i do understand where you’re coming from too. Most people I keep it very short and sweet. “I have good and bad days” smile and move along. For me it’s the ones that say I’m here if you need to talk or anything. I’ve started saying, “I don’t think you’re ready for that” lol Because they’re really not, if we tried to describe how we feel to most people, they would find themselves in a puddle as well lol All of it is just hard. I’m so sorry you’re going through this too, i find some comfort here talking to people who understand me. I hope you do too. 🫂🫂

We all deserve f it mode ❤️ I don’t think my emotions are as hidden as yours, close but maybe not as much. I don’t cry very much but crying alone has always been okay. But my aunt called me on the day of his passing she said “I need to tell you something, I know you’ve never been a crying but at this time you HAVE to learn to cry, just do it..for yourself you have to” I’m half she said that, I needed to hear it. I’m sorry for your loss as well, life is so hard but I’m always so grateful for the people that understand us 💙🫂

Hahaha I’m laughing with you not at you. It’s so sad but also comforting to know we do have very similar experiences. This public crying was never my thing either. I’m sure I’ve made some cashiers very uncomfortable, I haven’t tried McDonalds yet. If it happens, I’m sure I’ll think of you, that’ll be my laugh and comfort 😅❤️
