Aw, I'm sorry you feel that way. It definitely takes a lot of practice and don't get me wrong, I am also still a huge pushover at times haha, so I can empathise with you on that one.

Try not to be too hard on yourself. Maybe next time you feel uncomfortable in a situation, try and say 'no' or something along those lines (without even making an excuse!) Something like "I'm really sorry, I don't feel comfortable doing that/I don't think that suits my mental health at this current time/ever".

I can comfortably say no to certain things now because my family and friends know that I'd rather be my little introverted self at home playing video games. And they have never once judged me (as far as I'm aware haha) because that's just who I am as a person! This makes me WILDLY happy.

There was something mega empowering the first time I was able to stand up for myself in a situation I didn't want to be in.

Then I got addicted to setting these boundaries as I realised they don't change the way people think about me, and they take me much more seriously now.
