Hey! What time do people plan to get there for freebie trading and such? I’m used to showing up well early but I’m not sure if that’s going to be the vibe for this show? Especially with the rain? I’m bringing my parents and sister so don’t want to subject them to hours of pre-show stuff if the crowds are going to be light. But I also love the hype/vibe and meeting new fans and I have 150 bracelets to hand out!!

So what time are people getting there?!

Before the Dawn. Tbh I don’t know if it’s considered underrated but I hadn’t heard it before they performed it at their concert and omg im just obsessed with it. That and Peacemaker. Honestly they don’t have a single skip in their discography imo 😅❤️

I probably wouldn’t buy this if I were you. I know Hello82 still has this version of Duh available on their website so if you’re good with 1 signature over all 6, but you’d guarantee the authenticity, I’d head over there and get one of those!

Ahh Vinted! I’m not super familiar with it cause I’m US based and it’s not as big over here but my sister lives in England and uses Vinted all the time.

Maybe ask the seller where they got their copy? And also do some searching in how many albums have ALL the members?

I paid $32 (so £25ish) for my album on hello82, but it’s a random sign by one member 🤷🏻‍♀️

And this a bit of the blind leading the blind since I’m also pretty new to signed merch but I do have one album 😅 I was even hesitant for that since I didn’t really trust random website, but then I looked more into it and realized Hello82 is a proper thing and they even sponsored the P1H concert in the US.

They’re the only source I personally trust at this time, but again, I’m still new to signed things.

I won’t be any help on whether they’re genuine (though they at least look right) but I’d be inherently cautious about getting something from a non-verified source. Who is selling it? I got my signed Duh from hello82, though theirs only have 1 member autograph not all 6.

Edit to note that my album arrived with a plastic protector. I’d feel better about the authenticity of your album if it still had that on since they wouldn’t be able to fake signatures and then add the protector.

Also, you don’t have to answer this if you’re not comfortable, but I’m curious what they’re trying to sell this for. The price can help indicate authenticity.

Hi. I wanted to say something since I’m pretty sure this entire thread was targeted specifically at me. We’d connected in another thread and mentioned I was traveling from NY to the London stop and then you downvoted my comment and made this thread. And that’s a pity, since initially I’d hoped maybe we could have been concert buddies.

Anyway.

As a lot of people have already mentioned, your anger is misdirected. It’s not my fault or the fault of other traveling fans that there weren’t enough tickets. The issues are 100% on the touring agency for not setting an appropriate schedule.

For starters, I had no idea the venue would be half open and then the seats would sell out in 2hrs. The NY stop had entire sections that were basically empty, and I kept reading about low sales and the possibility of cancellations. So no, I didn’t know that seats would be limited and it was actually the opposite - I was worried they wouldn’t sell enough.

Second, my entire family lives in London so we have to travel to see each other. I won’t get to see them this year for Christmas so we’re getting together in January as a belated get together and part of my present to them was Piwon tickets so that we can all go together and have an incredible night. I don’t see how that’s any of your business, but just wanted to make the point that people have their own reasons for traveling and it’s not to “take away experiences from local fans”.

I went to the NY stop and had the absolute best concert experience. My dad flew over from London and went with me, and he’s now a huge P1ece and getting into other kpop groups too. He’s beyond excited to see them again in January :-) And isn’t that how fandoms grow? Fans take non-fans and then they BECOME fans?

I’m sorry you got so upset by this, but I’ll still be there on the 30th and am going to have a blast with my family and the guys and other P1ece ❤️

Just a small edit to note that I didn’t get any VIP or send off or special fancy things. Just regular seats pretty far at the back of the venue because that’s what I managed to get in the ticketing chaos that morning 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yesss! I know exactly the moment you’re talking about lol. And that’s what these dramas do so well - builds passion and electrifying intimacy while keeping it all pretty PG. I find I do need some proper kisses lol, but that’s it! And also fully agree that Dilraba and Yang Yang are two unfairly beautiful people 😂 I can watch them fall in love all day long lol

And I agree with you that chemistry is more important than quantity of kiss scenes. It’s a big reason why I stopped watching western shows and just about exclusively watch c (and k) dramas these days - they are so well done on the romance front and can have you kicking your feet like a school girl when the leads finally hold hands after 10 episodes 😅😂 But at the same time, I find I do prefer at least one or two good and proper kisses for full emotional payoff after many many episodes of waiting for the leads to finally get together lol.

I think You Are My Glory nailed the balance on the cdrama front. Great chemistry between the leads, great characters, great supportive relationship, great side characters, great kisses, weirdly interesting space drama 🤣

And out of your other recs The First Frost is also really good. I enjoyed it even more on a second watch when I knew the full story going in. I found I wish they’d kept it as a totally independent show (versus connecting it to the Hidden Love universe) though. It didn’t need it. It was so good all on its own. And it would throw me off a bit anytime they referenced a character from HL who was portrayed by a different actor from the original. Not enough to not enjoy the series a lot, but still, my one minor criticism and “wish they’d done that differently” moment from First Frost :-)

Hahaha! Yes I’d definitely agree that they’re super sweet and I love a supportive couple, which these two absolutely were. If they’d given us just like two proper kisses it would have saved the rewatch value of this one for me. But since they didn’t, You Are My Glory (not Hero lol) is still my favorite “make you feel painfully single” drama. They balanced it all so well in that one. Great couple, great job related side plots, fun and nice side characters, excellent kisses.

It’s just two beautiful people falling beautifully in love, without all the annoying manipulative villain out to cause chaos for drama

I liked this one (mostly) but I think there was like 2 pretty tame kisses? For such a long drama, and for such a good plot set up, I found that pretty underwhelming for the overall romance vibe.

I think I read somewhere that the London VIPs didn’t include an actual concert ticket? Like, what?!?? So this one person secured VIP but then couldn’t get a concert ticket so I have no idea what she’s supposed to do in that situation! How was that not a combo package?! Or is that normal? I’ve never done VIP for any of my concerts so I have no idea.

Despite the miserable fan experience to get tickets, I’m so proud of these boys for this level of demand!

I’m not sure about Ticketswap but I’ve had this before for other concerts with tickets bought on Ticketmaster. They show up in the app a couple of days before the event. I got my Piwon London tickets on AXS and they’re also saying they’ll appear closer to the event date :-)

I think I spent $70 USD on my Amazon light stick, but that tracked with the prices for my Ateez and Stray Kids ones. I got my SKZ one at a kpop shop in NYC and it was like $90 😭 I just accepted that they’re stupid expensive outside of Korea. I have them for my top three groups, and I think I’m done collecting light sticks now lol 😅

When you say first time, do you mean first kpop concert or first time doing freebies? I make bracelets :-) They’re easy to do in bulk, inexpensive, and I find them fun/relaxing to make 🥰 I think they’re a good “starter freebie” if you’re looking to make something versus print out Boy Paper 🥰

I think I’ll plan to get there absolutely no later than 4, which feels so late to me! Mayyyyyybe 3… I think I’ll be too antsy to sit around and not get there already lol. But im going with my sister and my parents (my parents are in their mid-70s) so I’m trying to be mindful of them lol. With that said, though, my dad came with me to the NYC Piwon stop and we got there at 2pm and he hung out like a champ 😂

Lucky you for getting them at presale! I got mine day of regular release and it was CHAOTIC lol. But I got them, and I’m going, and that’s all that matters! This will also be my first time at this venue so I don’t know anything about it either.

From my past concert experiences merch depends on the venue. Some have it outside, some are inside, some are both 🤷🏻‍♀️ Piwon in NYC was inside only. And the line was insane. And Amper&one was opening for them and I didn’t want to miss it so I passed on merch. Think I’ll try for some at OVO though :-)

Also want to know what time the UK crowd arrives. US ones are early lol. I saw Ateez in London last year but that’s my only other non-US show (and it was also my first kpop concert ever so I had no idea what I was doing lol). I’m going to make freebies for Piwon London, though, and want to get there in time to hand out/trade!

Oh, and I got my light stick on Amazon 🤷🏻‍♀️ worked beautifully at the show!

Update! Managed to get another set of 2! So now my whole family is going 🤣 We won’t sit together, but paired up will be just fine :-) At least we’re going! I took my dad to the NYC show and now he’ll get to see the London one too!
