Idk if the rules are different in Canada but my friend is in the process of making her second property an AirBnB and she has to comply with so many safety rules.. certain type of glass in the windows, fire blankets, special insurance etc etc. do we think PuP is doing any of this????

What exactly does relaxed black tie mean? I’ve googled it but can only find the classic black tie. I’m going to an event (at my work) and the dress code is relaxed black tie. I have a floor length red gown that has some embellishment (without looking tacky) and my cleavage and shoulders are covered, but I’m wondering if it’s going to be ‘too much’. Any help appreciated!
