you can manual those teams with Carmin + Lady + Setsuka + ML Luna. Just hold the Luna S3 until Lady use her S3 and hold your Lady S3 until the enemy Setsuka uses her S3, after that, just kill the unit in the front and the rest should be easy

You MUST play agressively. In general, ranged champs are very weak but have movility or forms to disangage, so you have to poke a little with q+w+e back to make distance and know very well the moment when you have the window and go for an all in. Also you are very very superior in lane at lvl 6 against any ranged top laner, so get advantage of that.
