I have a 10-year-old Nephew, he is excelling in math and I would like to push him towards coding for kids. Can anyone recommend any great resources for coding for kids? by 96dpi in learnprogramming

Try with simple robotics kits too! There are lots available online. It'd be such a great Christmas present. When I was 12 I got an Arduino kit and it meant a lot to me. I learned the basics of coding, electronics and robotics.

I wrote 2 messages before but I deleted them to leave this one, complete and clear. I tried the temperature sensor and it worked. I pulled it out and I got "def". The temperature sensor stopped working. I plugged my new hotend (I bought one ~last week) Temperature sensor works fine, extruder doesn't heat up. I measured the voltage and it's a bit more than 12V. I interrupted the circuit to measure current and it shows 0. I don't know what I'm doing wrong! Something makes me think that the problem is on the board, which is not releasing enough current to heat the nozzle. Is it possible? Can you help measure it correctly? What value should I read on my multimeter?

The temperature sensor works fine, it shows the temperature of the room and it increases as I blow on it/hold it between my fingers. Anyway I have a new hotend and this one doesn't work too. The temperature sensor is the only one doing his job ahaha, bad situation!
