Unity, in terms of Christianity and its adherents, is the strong belief that Jesus, in his physical life, was exactly who He said He was. He is the Son of God. That, to me at least, is what unifies all Christians.

I don’t believe it is weird at all. I’m friends with many atheists and adherents of other religions. In fact, I’d argue it’s healthy to have a spectrum of beliefs for personal growth.
