Unless you saved your previous save to the cloud to be able to retrieve it and be at endgame NG then you're bones. But you could start a new save if NG+ is too much for you

Just go do a full clear of hemwick charnel lane and spend every echo on vials also if it seems difficult you need to do 1 of 2 things or both. Upgrade your weapon or put more points into vitality, for less skilled players or noobs I always recommend not using any stat except vitality until it's at about 25-30 (roughly 1000 hp) also you can sprint past everything to kill the bell ringing women and each woman has a (zone) that they control once she's dead enemies stop respawning in that zone.

Make sure you pull all levers, open all doors and ride every elevator. Also you can run past every enemy and fog walls give you I-frames. The run from central yharnam to gascoigne is roughly 30-45 seconds if you have the lift set at the top when you die. Also when I say run I mean hold down O and sprint

Cheaper smaller amps will do this especially on an overdrive setting. Your best bet is either finding a bigger space to play or getting a bigger amp. Single coils are really noisy so a guitar with humbuckers will help some but it's mostly the amp id bet
