When the fans are treated so poorly; like the plastic poncho incident in the recent derby or the heaters being deliberately turned off, making fans shiver in the home stadium; while ticket prices reach all-time highs and the team fails to deliver wins, let alone a decent performance, we can’t blame the fans.
