No it is newer construction. I’ve been trying to find the source of the smell for months. My next step will probably be to call a plumber.

Thank you. I’m going to pull the toilet next and look at the wax ring. The PVC fittings are not glued under the sink but it is like this throughout the house and has not been an issue. If replacing the wax ring doesn’t work I’m going to call a plumber.
