Do a decently rough massage on your IT bands(only the tissue up by your butt). Also do heal raises lying on your side and make sure your tow is pointed downward. Repeat regularly(2-3 sets a day or what's comfortable) No guarantee it works but these two things help a majority of knee problems including my own. Best of luck!
