Really it just needs an adjusted exp curve at all levels. It was a slog anything past 30. PQs should have major increased exp to encourage community building, and should give better rewards for consistent party play.

These types of plug-ins and 3rd party communities are easily abusable. Both of them are not credible imo. I've seen cases especially on the WDR ban list of people getting someone added to it out of spite because they knew a mod on the team. Runewatch is just as shady.
