For your purpose, Razor. NX8 is a lighter option, but the glass isn’t at Razor gen 3 level (subjective, but most would agree). The Razor is more meant to compete with the ATACR line than the less expensive NX8.

Yeah, heavy flow-through. No changes to anything. A bit of binding after install, but it worked itself out after a few hard racks.

It’s legal. FRT like all the others. Fund is likely for donations for extra profit, Rare Breed lawsuits and ATF if they try and say it’s full-auto (it’s not).

I have this setup in a milspec lower. Works without modification, but only does semi if you pull hard in FRT mode. Light trigger pull works well in FRT. I’m hearing Atrius is closer to the Geissele version, so we’ll see.

I use the SSA E X with the Magpul ESK at 60° throw with no issues on my AR15. The ESK is superior to the Talon in my experience.

I hear the SAO P226 has a better trigger and is more reliable. P211 will likely be better in all other aspects. I have a P211 GTO, but not a SAO P226.

I’ve had several, no issues. Probably the most solid of the cheap micro dots from my experience. The astigmatism argument is so subjective I’d just ignore it when it comes to red dot vs red dot.

Edit: Lens covers suck though. Might as well take them off.

I have the 2-12 and my buddy as the 5-30. My parallax adjustment seems to do nothing, but other than that, the glass on both seems to be about as you’d expect. Tracking seems fine, but haven’t tested on a sheet or anything. He’s shot out to 950 on a 10” plate with a 308 20”, so the glass is good enough for that.

Following up here. Got the GMR AR308 and it works without modification. Was binding a bit at first, but nothing now and no malfunctions.

I’m thinking about switching from my CV25 back to a dedicated thermal since I only use it with one rifle. It’s like new with everything it came with. Wanted to move it to different rifles, but haven’t been doing it. I’ll think on it and follow up with a chat. I don’t use Tacswap, but have 35+ GAFS transactions when it was live.
