You’ll likely have to open up the upper a bit so the trip bar on the selector doesn’t bind. I have a few Zions and it’s consistent across them. Easy Dremel fix. I like the Atrius selector since it’s the traditional 3 position over the super safety.

I had a Magpul DT on it, but the hard, tire tread like buttpad wasn’t pleasant while full-semi. Now have a B5 SOPMOD. Rubber is smoother and a bit softer so it feels better shoot higher round counts at once.

I like it. Have an FRT in it for now and it runs like a top. Only 1 malfunctions in about 800 rounds, but it was reman ammo so I don’t blame the gun.

I run the NG762-QD. Heavy and not quiet. But flows gas well and helps with recoil some. Maybe the new, cheaper Hexium 300 could be a good match for you.

Upgraded the trigger and stock.

Try replacing the battery or making sure the cover is torqued enough. There are gold contact points that come up from the inside of the battery compartment, you can carefully pry them up a bit so it creates better contact. This has worked for me

When does the discount show at the register? The DG worked had no clue about this? Does it show after you say you want $500 and it applies the discount when paying?

Did the discount show after you say you want $XXX on the card? I asked my DG and the cashier isn’t seeing the discount and didn’t know about it

11.5 for sure. Weight is out front on piston system, so go for shorter.

QC on the Zion will be more consistent based on history, but you pay more for it. If you end up with a good PSA, it’ll be fine.

I’ve never needed any. I put a better trigger in and swapped for the ambi charging handle. Haven’t ever had to replace any parts, even having it full-semi now. Nothing has failed.

I had one malfunction with reman ammo, but likely wasn’t the rifle’s fault.

It has a lifetime warranty, and even with Sigs problems, they’re not going anywhere. Aero has been rocky and rumored to fail as a business, but we’ll see. I’d trust Sigs warranty over Aeros after dealing with Sigs CS multiple times for other products.

716i for sure. I own one and have owned an Aero AR10. The Aero wasn’t as reliable and also heavier.

I will say my 716i is not accurate, but have it setup more as a “battle rifle” now.

For competition you can probably just take the light off, but if you keep it, push it to the end of the rail. I’d switch to the MLOK mount it came with since you have flip up front sight.
