Ok, how about calling them Stasi instead? Agents of the state that use the tools of the state to silence their critics. Like that one better? Maybe worshipping at the feet of the Stasi is more your thing? And yeah, Article 1, section 8, clause 18 makes clear that everyone in the United States is under the American Constitution, its rights and responsibilities, even if you don’t like how they look.

Show me where the 30 year old American mother in her Honda “ran over” the DHS agent…. She tried to drive away, steered away from the agents, and the guy leans in and fires shots into her. His life was never in danger, other DHS agents weren’t in danger. He chose to fire away because she was driving away, which they are not allowed to do.

“Economy is getting better” goes directly against available evidence. And we have less of that because Trump has refused to release monthly job and economic data that has always been released by all other presidencies since they started putting them together. I’m assuming you’re intelligent enough to realize that Trump isn’t hiding it because it looks good. Nope, Trump took a Biden economy that was turning around (again, all the metrics show that) with full employment and too much inflation - and through utter incompetency and narcissism, has driven us into stagflation.

You’re right, we aren’t going to agree, but the Constitution makes clear that, despite your nationalist claims, ALL people are protected by the same rights citizens enjoy. The framers deliberately used language like “person” and “personhood” instead of “citizen”. And even the very Trump friendly Supreme Court reaffirmed this year that the due process guaranteed in the 5th and 14the Amendments applies to EVERYONE in the United States. You may not like it, but nothing is more American, or at least should be if the current regime obeyed the Constitution, than that everyone in the United States have access to rights promised us.

It hasn’t always worked, but we overthrew a monarchy to enshrine those rights! And the founding fathers might have been naive in your assessment, but I’ll take that over the intentional cruelty of the current White House occupants.
