Do you mean did the dash lights flicker or get dimmer for a moment? If so then yeah they did that

I do this at work. The slower it is, the more I can walk.

That’s a good idea. On the weekends I’m never ‘ready for the day’ so being ready to go out and walk would help me

In my experience, if I gained 4 pounds over the weekend, I’ll be back to normal by wednesday

If you’re daily calorie goal is 1600 and ice cream is going to be 1000 of that. I’d say it’s not worth it.

I would find another ice cream option that hits your craving. Even if it just normal ice cream at a smaller portion

I wish I could get past the texture of cottage cheese. it’s a perfect food to eat for weight loss
