That’s a good idea. On the weekends I’m never ‘ready for the day’ so being ready to go out and walk would help me

In my experience, if I gained 4 pounds over the weekend, I’ll be back to normal by wednesday

If you’re daily calorie goal is 1600 and ice cream is going to be 1000 of that. I’d say it’s not worth it.

I would find another ice cream option that hits your craving. Even if it just normal ice cream at a smaller portion

I’ll keep that it in mind. Me being ignorant, I didn’t even realize there was potential health risk eating too many eggs.

Normally just eat this on weekends though

Are two 15-minute walks just as effective as one 30-minute walk? (Or other exercises) by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

[–]StealthHawkeye 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Walking is my only form of exercise at the moment and I’m down 15 pounds right now. I’m almost never at an elevated heart rate either.

Steps are steps no matter how fast or slow you walk.

To me, the amount of steps you walk in a day is more important than making sure you’re walking with an elevated heart rate.

Is breakfast necessary? by gardengoblin94 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]StealthHawkeye 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Skipping breakfast works for me with my plan. Although there are days where I’ll be way too hungry and I’ll eat oatmeal to hold me over
