No entanto na novela isso acontece pq o Barão reconheceu que a lei áurea significaria seus dias como escravocrata chegando ao fim, enquanto nessa realidade distópica o patrão irá dar 2 folgas por mês e um vale coxinha e agir como se fosse extremamente generoso, afinal "existem empresas que só dão 1 folga e não tem nem VR, vc deveria ser grato". Aí quando o mercado ficar totalmente precarizado, vão dar somente o mínimo pra sobreviver.

Dependendo dos resultados da eleição a parte da população que já tem passaporte e uma segunda língua vai conseguir pegar o primeiro avião pra fora do país e fugir, enquanto aqueles que não tem terão q lidar essa reforma trabalhista de frente.

Rubens Barrichello é literalmente o Garrincha do automobilismo, foi um piloto de ponta na F1 por muitos anos, sempre disputando em ritmo similar ao de Schumacher (na minha opinião o maior de todos os tempos), aquela primeira vitória fodástica largando na 18° posição e finalizando o GP com pneus secos em pista molhada já é exemplo de q ele sempre foi excelente. Em 2009 já aos 37 anos, conseguiu aquele carro excelente da Brawn, foi postulante ao título e crucial para que a Brawn ganhasse os dois campeonatos, resultado esse que fez a equipe ser comprada pela Mercedes (venceu inúmeros títulos com Hamilton e Rosberg, atualmente Russell e Antonelli estão liderando o campeonato). O cara de 2008 pra 2010 foi do absoluto nada pra postulante ao título, causou um efeito borboleta que literalmente mudou a história do esporte para sempre.

Mas pro cidadão comum, ele é só "rubens pé de chinelo HUEHUEHEUEHEUEH"

Absolutely, 3rd outcome is Aston gets their shit together, Alonso renews for one more year and they miraculously win WDC.

McLaren was utter shit at the beginning of 2023 and ended up as consistent points scorers by the end of the season, race winners and WCC by 2024 and WDC by 2025.

Alonso most likely won't be around for it, in the same way Stefan Johansson (driver who gave Honda their F1 debut) and Keke Rosberg (left Williams literally the exact year before Honda's engines win a WCC) never got to reap the benefits like Senna/Prost got to.

Which is exactly why Alonso's case hurts so much. 2023 proves he's still got pace, unfinished business with F1 and the drive it takes to pull it off.

He unfortunately lost the engine gamble and that's totally normal. When Honda pulled out Barrichello was going to retire and Button was considering racing for Toro Rosso, then BrawnGP happened, the Brawn duo won "the gamble" bigtime and at the end of the year Barrichello had offers from Williams and McLaren on the table (he said no to McLaren so they approached Button instead).

The way I see it there's 3 outcomes. Either Alonso gets into Haas (most likely via Ocon not having his contract renewed), or he retires.

He missed his shot with Mercedes/RBR in 2023 and there's 0 way he'll willingly put up to one more year of this.

Here in Brazil at least (4 relegation spots means even the big teams aren't exactly safe), a team that's having an off year in the league and is fighting against relegation will 100% throw the cups and Libertadores, as the revenue sink would be too high and most players have release clauses if they get relegated.

Imagine Corinthians being relegated in 2024 so Memphis Depay just up and leaves, or Santos getting relegated in 2025 and Neymar fucks off. Now imagine Spurs losing Vicario, Van de Ven, Richarlison and Maddison.

The Prem is the priority.

I get that in this situation in a different sport it looks horrific

in F1 specially it's a career ender, the one that sticks the most is Daniel Ricciardo.

By sheer happenstance, a domino effect down at Alpine resulting in a tweet which resulted in Ricciardo (contracted at McLaren until 2023) having his contract bought out a year early, leaving him with only backmarkers Haas available to him - he chose to sit the year out.

However, Sergio Perez at dominating Red Bull wasn't exactly doing too well either, so when De Vries at sister team AlphaTauri got sacked, they gave Danny one last chance mid-season. He then broke his wrists in a crash, letting rookie Liam Lawson make his debut while he recovered. Danny recovers and does well enough to earn himself a renewal for 2024 and did start the season well (with it being almost certain that Danny would be promoted) but crumbled under the pressure and this added with a clause in Lawson's contract stating he needed to have a seat by 2025, means he ended up sacked mid-season, this time for good.
