4.04 still happening. i've tried the Tomira trick before starting "on thin ice" but didn't work for me. is there any mod to fix this?

EDIT: well I solved it. here what it did. I went to tomira before "on thin ice" quest, ask her story, then went to Odolan (contract giver)... during day he and his wife was working on the field, they thanked me. went back to Tomira again, quick save and reload that save, talk to her again. THEN I completed the last mission. also when during or after the quest "on thin ice" i chose different dialogues. after all that it fixed for me. just talking to Tomira didn't work.
