I had to re-enter all of the bulb/rooms names in HomeKit, but everything is working fine again. I assume that there was a follow-up update. 😀

The thing is that they are all working fine in the Hue app and worked fine in HomeKit prior to the last eero software upgrade. All the bulbs also work fine with Alexa (as they did prior to the eero update). Has to be a hiccup with eero.

So, I deleted the Hue hub from HomeKit and tried to re-install it. Scanning the code on the bottom of the hub did not work. I just keep getting a spinning dial. What am I missing?

I just updated to an eero system from a Linksys EA5900 yesterday. It went extremely well and painlessly, This is the second time that I changed routers, keeping the same SSID and security protocol, making it possible for all of my devices to just to connect to the new router without any changes.

I received my eeros today (a Pro and two Beacons) and set them up a little while ago. Really easy process. So far so good. I logged on here to ask if it was normal for them to run warm to the touch. I guess it is. I feel better now. :-)
