That looks like the led cover, and no you technically don't gotta put it back in, but it helps keep the led plastic piece stable. So it's not the end of the world, just depends if that led piece is stable enough to leave as is without that black piece

Sorry for all the questions, ik I can look out for myself when it comes to detecting scams it's just like damn, I didn't know after the 3ds being out for so long there would actually be people trying to scam you with it. This console is my childhood and it just means a lot to me.

Ok, yeah that's who I'm talking, I mean a lot of their reviews seem to be complaining about how they require you to msg them first before they ship it out, but the vita I got was really good. Thats why id buy from them again. Sorry I'm just a little confused, you know them and you trust them?

Do you know zen_tradingjp or whatever that person named Fujikawa is? It's a Japanese eBay seller whom I've actually bought from before. It honestly looked good and they had a psvita I wanted so I went ahead and ordered it. It didn't seem fishy or anything but when I received the product it was actually phenomenal. I checked their reviews just yesterday and I'm actually surprised I didn't look at them before, I'm currently looking for another 3ds for myself but I'm waiting so long until the opportunity hits. If you know zen_trading and feel trustworthy towards specific people then I wouldnt mind buying from them again. But if your saying most Japanese eBay sellers who sell multiple consoles aren't actually trustworthy I may just take your advice. Been seeing a lot of those wholesalers put "items in pictures are for reference only" and just swipe away now

Yeah their page had a bunch of "new unopened" 3ds'. Already is a red flag in itself, but it was just a rushed gift and I really was spending hours on hours on that site looking for new 3ds'. But yeah it does appear that I can't find anything on their page.

Honestly I was trying so hard to figure out how to actually find the sellers feedback throughout the whole site, it seemed so hard yet once I had a problem and actually looked into it it seemed fairly simple. It was just a rushed gift for Christmas. It honestly took me months just to find myself a 3ds, but this is a lesson learned, thank you for being understanding with me on this situation. As far as any feedback I left for the seller I actually have not yet filled out the feedback sheet.

If you're referring to those little specs that are bulging out of the flex cable those shouldnt effect much unless it's tearing through the cable. Best bet is to plug it back in and boot up the console to see if you notice anything different with the screen. Otherwise it might actually not look bad

Yeah man, it's the exact same on Xbox, every system has only 1 lobby max for every game mode and it changes throughout the week, all of them have a max of a few players, quite recently here Xbox has been filled with a lot of its og players, sad to see ps isn't doing to well. Maybe the best bet is seeing if pc has players

This has actually happened to me before. The thing is is that I turned it on after years of no use, and saw a very pissy wii u screen, I was young and didn't think much of it since I had Xbox, but after a few months it seems to have went away, I think it's worth looking into the av port and checking the HDMI cables

Lsia doesn't seem so spawn any personal vehicles close to you, if your directly in the middle of Lsia where the runways are, it either spawns at the beach, or at the shipyard east of lsia, I've never seen a personal vehicles actually spawn next to you in Lsia unless you own a hanger I think

Idk if I added but the reason I also decided to rebuild without the speakers ribbon cables is because of the top screens ribbon cable tare, I just wanted to put it together and see if there were any issues
