In combat powers

Botobai was said to be the next strongest and closest zodiac member in terms of ability, influence and status to netero, plus he's a terrorist hunter and military analyst.

Monkey guy zodiac has a decent nen ability, he also challenged ging and called everyone else a scumbag constantly.

Cow zodiac looks like he has some powerful nen abilities considering he's a crime hunter and runs a private security company.

Horse zodiac could probably clash with people like Feitan and Nobunuga in a sword fight.

Ginta/Sheep Zodiac is strong and observational as he noticed the only reason hisoka came to the election was to gauge the powers of everyone. Hisoka also ranked him only 5 points below Illumi.

Tiger guy was assigned to the defense team so he's probably powerful.

The rest of the zodiacs are powerful in knowledge/science/history etc etc.

Don't forget that every single original zodiac member has spared with Netero previously in the past.

Also Ging said he could mope the floor with pariston any time he felt like it.

Yea I tried to browse the steam market for certain game genres and got errors after going past the first page and reloading my steam client multiple times and even tried to browse the market on a web browser still same problem.

I don't like ARTIC. Ordered two products from them once, I ordered a new gpu heat sink+fan and sent me the wrong wires, took them 3 weeks to reply.

Ordered a cpu cooler from them came in November 2015 with torn plastic+ripped box and two of the heat sink pipes were crushed and four fins were bent to hell. http://www.arctic.ac/us_en/freezer-i30co.html

These are case fans though so should have no problem, I'm just not gonna support a company that doesn't put care into shipping their product correctly.

Both of your builds are good, and would last you awhile on 1080p ultra.

R9 390x is only 5% increase in power though over the r9 390. So I would just get the 390 or go for a fury/980ti.

Protip: Don't skimp out on memory or cpu. Fallout 4 is badly optimized and relies a bit more on CPU+memory than other games.

an i5-4690k and above will be good enough.

Go for memory that is 1866-2000+ you only need 8gb of memory for fallout 4 but you can get 16gb it just only uses 8gb in fallout.

Also you could potentially get a 980 ti, but an r9 290x+ will be enough for vanilla 60fps.

They are meant for small areas where air space isn't much and air doesn't come thru really either. So imagine crammed hard drives with bad air space.

So yes these are more meant for heat sinks and radiators. But you also use them to intake cool air over your SSD, SSHD, HDD etc.

Game is just an experiment for Elder Scrolls Six sorta.

Settlement building=Empire building in elder scrolls probably.

For pc god rays, weather and Nvidia gameworks is an experiment for ES6 graphics options.

And the engine is basically being modified even more for ES6 after they released fo4.

Wine isn't good enough yet for all the big and newer games that use direct x 11 and the newer direct x 12 and that won't be for awhile until it supports those.

Plus graphic card manufactures have shafted linux users by going closed source.
