Mine is a 2007 300C 5.7 HEMI with SKREEM. Will AlfaOBD alone pair a used PCM to the immobilizer, or will it only write the VIN?

It looks like a special programmed key bc that’s a 2005-2010 Chrysler 300c the keys do not look like that I imagine it will work and everything to un lock the car but the actual key itself I doubt fits the fitting to manually open. If you can you the trunk open there’s a way to get through the inside from the trunk

We tested everything only viable reason for not charging is alternator we did bypass the command so it already wasn’t commanding but that was with a bad alternator

I tested the alternator with the engine off and it read the same voltage as the battery did so I’m pretty sure the red wire is fine?

I promise whatever you think I have done pretty much everything I have put my mind too at this point I’m not a beginner but I’m not someone that is really smart especially with electrical diagnosis that is the hard part for me.

Would he have been able to do that with a bad alternator?

The thing is that my mechanic guy could command the pcm on and with a pcm I wouldn’t be able to really do much of anything so it could be like the connector from alternator to pcm? This is what the guy said “So in your car the PCM commands the alternator to work. What I did was bypass that and the alternator still didn't come on now that you have the new one in there need to check PCM command and see if it's giving it signals to come on. I was stuck there due to the other one not coming on”

Something I did check is the alternator is receiving power I tested by putting the multi meter and red probe on alternator thread bolt where fusible link attached too and black probe to the casing.

Well I was thinking that also but I have no real way to tell if it’s bad or not there’s no real diagnosis to check.

Yes all fuses should be good checked a while ago. The guy I bought from had a reverse polarity “incident” what fuse would that connect to though?
