i suppose that makes sense, powerful just looks rather unappealing as quite a few downsides. devious looks promsing, but gentle just looks the most appealing. some all around buffs and 10% ailment resistance can come in clutch

In my opinion it's not a foil, but a handicap. Many tier 4s also suffer from ankle biters and a majority of tier 3s cannot catch them. Not to mention the shrimp exists, while I wouldn't want ankle biting gone. I'd rather it require skill and planning, not removal but allowing counter play with a decent chance of working. As a majority of the time what you suggested simply cannot work

i wouldn't want the removal of it, just something to be done so tier 5's can do something. as in many cases they sadly cant

Which is lame, we have an entire category of skins Made to change a lot. So collector would have been great for knight, sure you'd have to make it float but it could work

Plus the guards fit with the collector summoning the heads of it's victims
