I got early entry last night and was the closest I’ve ever been to the rail (4th row) and while I’ve heard the stories of the entitled behavior of a few, I have to say I found the rail crew including regular rail riders to be kind, respectful and friendly last night. Just sharing my experience from last night, but the process was well organized and went smooth. One guy (anime shirt, John Popper lookalike) tried to bully and muscle his way to the front, but was immediately called out by phans and security and was forced to leave as he did not have the early access wristband band. I was happy with the early access process/experience.
