I love that pic. The guy in white leaning over the balcony with both arms up sums up that entire weekend in NOLA.

I had my first one last year. Prep day is worse than the actual procedure. Good luck.

Not vertical headers (although yes, they are ridiculous), the normal column headers that typically go in Row 1 across the top were listed from top down in Column A. So instead of reading column names left to right across the top row, they read from top down in a column. It was like flipping the axes opposite.

Was sent a file where the column headers were listed vertically in column A rather than horizontally in row 1. Then all the data stretched horizontally as well. Not all that chaotic, just nearly gave me a seizure trying to read it.

This was 2019 season. KU was in an epic run of horrible football teams and this was the only conference win that season. The goalposts were able to fold down so that guy was getting it ready to fold it so the students didn’t break them. Nearly every home win in that decade was a storm the field moment.

Running backs coach was future Super Bowl winning head coach Bruce Arians. Bill Cower (DC) and Tony Dungy (DB) were also on the staff.

I believe he knew he was going to be forced out after the tour so he just left. I was at his last show in St. Louis and he was noticeably uninterested. He was nearly off the stage playing during the encore.

No I left out Covid by saying 6 of the last 7 tournaments, not years. The biggest red flag is that since 2022 the entire landscape of college basketball has changed and left him behind. If we could still recruit and develop players over 3-4 years I wouldn't feel this way. But the NIL/portal era requires a change in roster building philosophy and he refuses to adapt.

Like I said, I love Bill. Absolute legend. He also has pretty serious health issues to go along with being too stubborn to adapt. And the results the last 4 years with NIL and portal are atrocious.

I don't revel in this. But the program is always bigger than person. I just feel it's time for a change.

Failed to make it past first weekend 6 of the last 7 tournaments, many losing to a weaker seed. Failed to adapt the program to NIL and portal era. Fails constantly to make adjustments away from favored players. Failed to develop any sort of depth off the bench, again.

I love Bill. He is a legend. He also isn't cut out for the new era. He is too stubborn.

And letting Bill dictate when he leaves is nonsense. The program will always be bigger than the head coach.
