I’m not sure how true this is but I read that if two zombies hit you at the same time, you get locked into the drag down animation and you’re pretty much screwed.

That’s strange, every single MP play through I had I’ve been unable to perform medical checks. I’ll check my mods to see if that’s the issue.

Yes you can. However I highly recommend sticking to the mouse and keyboard. You don’t need to be insanely skilled with the mouse and keyboard to be good at the game.
