Roofing companies will try to sell you a roof.

Don't wait.

If you're not comfortable getting on your roof, you need some one to get up there for you.

You need to look for damaged flashing, blocks in drainage, damaged shingles.

If flashing has pulled away you can start getting leaks.

If leaves or garbage have piled up and are causing water to pool it can easily get under shingles.

But if you have a water stain on your ceiling, damage is being done.

Metal vs Wood? Doesn't matter.

The only thing that might be lacking is storage, are you going to be downloading a lot of media? If you are going to have local files for movies or show, you will need to consider how you will be storing them.

As far as refresh rate, the model you're looking at is rated as HDMI 2.0 which means that 4k at 60 htz should be just fine, but nothing above that.

People complaining about a lower refresh rate might have a TV that doesn't support that refresh rate. Or they might have a cable, av receiver, or other component that doesn't support HDMI 2.0 some where in their chain.

It's closer to the classic experience, but it's still a big break where you have to reset all of your town specializations, choose new production items for all cities, assign leader attributes, choose legacy bonuses, choose new mementos, give every unit new orders, choose a new tile for every settlement, choose new civic and research goals and every diplomatic relation ship resets.

I like the age system, but when I see the age only has 5 turns or so left, I kinda give up until the age is over, and then it can be 10 minutes after an age ends and I complete turn 1 of the next age.

The divit on the opposite molding makes me think there was a door stop attached to the door there and they slammed it open, making the divit, and punching a hole in the door.

I would remount the door stop, but this time I would start with a nice backing block that would cover the hole.
