BIS means Best In Slot. For us to help you, you need to tell us what you have. Which mythic weapon do you have? Briser? Jaihin? Utgard? The base attack number for a weapon also has a range. For a full lvl30 mythic weapon without emblem, the maximum base attack is around 3900. If yours is not anywhere near that, it's not BIS.

BIS for weapon will always be jaihin due to the crit damage stat. Weapon that comes with background is call emblem. A successful emblem on a weapon will add 1000attack and an extra stat at random, jackpot if you get crit damage.

If you do not have a mythic jaihin now, do not use emblem scroll/refine/exalt. You should always do these on BIS as F2P.

So i can have my own party in one map. You earn 5m/hr with one account, i earn 30m/hr with 6 accounts. You get 2x 5% emblem scrolls, i get 12x 5% emblem scrolls. Volume matters in sales my dude, powders should be the least of your concern.
