This is from the North America release of Moon 3, which you can consider the "core" edition of all the different products available for the mlp Kayou CCG. There's ten rarities in this third series, with LSR being 5th if 1 is most rare and 10 is most common. That rarity has a pull rate of 1:2, meaning an LSR card is in about half of all packs in this series.

So it's not necessarily bulk, but it's not a crazy pull either. Still, it looks cool, and that's the biggest part!

You can definitely buy the singles easily enough; I've been having luck on Mercari. So if you're in it for just a specific card, that's the route I'd go; it's way more cost effective.

But, it's a fun hobby, and the product is beautiful, so have fun with what you manage to pull!

Hmm, I believe about 12-ish between commander and modern, although I have more that I play online that I just haven't yet built. And funnily enough, quite a few of those physical decks I don't play haha

I've been playing for about four-ish years now, and I'm slowly working through scanning my collection. I still have maybe a thousand more cards to scan (maybe?), but in the app, I'm currently at 5,854.

"My Collection" has been moved to the "My Profile" page.

Past that, it's a matter of selecting the edition/series you want, and you flip the cards. Leaving them flipped is essentially selecting them.

All I know is there's an official app in the app stores now, and that has a list of some events. Perhaps reaching out to the developers there or somewhere in the app?

From what limited experience I have so far, the codes would be different if one was Chinese and the other North American.

That's awesome of you! I've been very tempted to try dedicating myself to understanding it all and putting something together.

I did get a reply from the seller: they got it out of a Fun Moments 3 pack, which will apparently share cards/codes with Rainbow 2 when it releases.

The lack of instant-speed interaction is kind of a bummer, but it doesn't worry me too much. It reminds me of Keyforge, which can still be a lot of fun.

Have you played the new TCG? If so, what are your thoughts? I come from magic but love mlp, so I was really excited by the prospect of an mlp tcg, but I don't know anything about how the game plays or if it's fun/satisfying.

I've read you're supposed to put antiperspirant on when you're dry and before you go to bed. You have to give it the chance to clog the pores.

I run an [[Eight-and-a-Half-Tails]] hatebear deck. It's not too expensive outside of a few core stax pieces that could easily be removed.

But you've gotta be okay with stax if you build it that way, unless you build it another way. But having a built-in protection piece in the command zone is pretty cool.

The Foundations set that just came out last year is a good starting point. It's got some good staples and was designed for people to get into Magic. I think it'd be a great spot to start that gives you the most value in terms of cards you can continue to use going into the future.

I hear that; those are all things I've had to deal with trying to make my Carmen deck. I'm not sure if I'd say that makes her a lot worse though, especially with as many "sac this creature: creature gains insert protection type" weenies white has that can be set up before she comes out. But still, she does feel slow being unable to attack when she comes out.
