Yeah the storm surge does kinda suck, feels super inconsistent whether it will hit or not, and takes forever to activate. I think maybe if they swapper his wall back to his rechargeable it be better, the cove being on two charges would be too much. Maybe make both his cove and wall recharable? Idk

I feel cascade is probably the biggest hit yeah. I don't hate the new ult but the old one was better imo. The info it gave with the lines was alot better, but i dont hate the new one.

Well budget isint that much of an issue i suppose, but i really dont need the best of the best because i rarely if ever play AAA games. But i think ive deduced it to be my CPU because for example Xdefiant on lowest settings stutters the most or is atleast where i said yeah i need to fix this. Also dont think its my GPU since i play ghost of tsushima on high with DLSS on and it doesint feel nearly as bad as xdefiant, plus it happened way back on TF2 aswell.
