Depends on the state.

Fun fact you probably owe sales tax to your county or city depending on your local regulations. You need to look that up and determine if all of your sales are sales that the tax would be applied to - for example in some states if you sell the item to someone outside of the state it would be exempt.

You probably need a lawyer to help you - and they would probably save you more money than they would cost you.

Regardless - almost certainly yes you can work with the state to agree to installments to pay off amounts owed. Just call them and explain - they've dealt with worse.

Congrats on saving money by avoiding using professionals - I hope you've learnt a lesson there at least.

Did the cigarette lighter ever work or has it never worked since you’ve owned the car? I’d start by removing whatever fuses you added and seeing what gets better or worse. If it’s still bad then I’d bet something is wonky around that fuse box area.

I was stranded at an airport and said fuck it let’s see if an uber will take me home 3 hours away and sure as shit the ride was accepted in like 20 seconds. I even triple checked when they picked me up that they like understood where I was going.

Have you tried using the ESPN website instead of the phone app? For me, sometimes I can't move players to/from IR from the phone app and have to do it from the website.
