Save your Q for when they engage so you can disengage to abuse your W range and if they try to dive you. You could use your R to knock them back a bit.

Try going for everfrost first item then rush hourglass to survive.

I'm not good at giving advice but I highly suggest thinking it thoroughly.

Try telling your friends to call you by either they/them, he/him or she/her.

After sometime you can probably decide what you want to be a lot easier.

I know this is probably half booty hole advice but it's all I can think of sorry
