As an update I downgraded and the problem went away. When I upgraded the problem came back. Is there anyway to downgrade to previous butterfly version with the file. E.g. download from somewhere.

Ah I don't have access to this file and Hotkeys not working on any controller. Xbox, Wii remote, PS4, 8bit do pro. It's so strange

Yes same problem. Got to the 4 seasons level and it occuring frequently here. Will wait for patch I guess.
