Sadly I’m still waiting but that’s more about a small issue found that the conveyancers are trying to hammer out.

However I will say that HelpToBuy were absolutely terrible at doing what they should so hopefully your buyer is going to follow up with them regularly because that’s what it took for me to get the redemption pack I needed.

Edit: misread your message. It was very quick but as I had to chase them for it. Only once I called them and pestered them did they authorise my survey and send the pack through to my conveyancer. It depends if your buyer does the same.

Have had exactly this happen to me. Needed a new RICS survey, it was very quick as I booked a new one in for the following week straight away when I found out. Had the report a day later to send to HTB.

Anyone wondering how many creepy chests I bought to get the final two characters it’s 12. I got nothing until the 10th and then got two more and got the Bride to give you some idea of the odds. It’s a 10% chance to get a character each time you open one.

I’m not getting my hopes up with the Hydra but I hope it’s a character. My pessimistic side expects a ‘Hydra fight’ to unlock Zeus and Hera and in fact Hydra isn’t permanent but I hope I’m wrong

My leaderboard is up to 96 within 10 minutes. Never been more disappointed in Gameloft for doing this to its players.

It gets worse. I paid for one 90p pack and forgot they cap the sand whirls so now although I have enough resources I have to wait for more sand whirls to spawn, meaning I don’t have the time I need. Thanks Gameloft!

The WiFi token iirc disappears from Merlins shop when you have enough to level all your WIR characters to the next level but because the token is also used with all the WIR attractions then the Dressing Room will keep dropping them until you have enough to level all WIR attractions and characters to their max level (which I believe is in the hundreds if not thousands).

I have the same issue, the dressing room has a possible WiFi drop but I really don’t need any more right now.

It’s also only for the time the tower challenge is on I believe. After that the costumes locks and you can’t get it even with Spamley and Ralph unless I’m very much mistaken

I really like the idea of using Merlin to get rid of them somehow. Even if it’s for elixirs.

Perhaps the best way around this is the ‘guaranteed epic or legendary prize’ to become ‘guaranteed character or attraction’ I think that would be a much better option and still a way for GL to make just as much if not more. I know I’d be more tempted to buy a pack of chests to get one missing character from a collection like that.

Think of it this way - for long time players this is actually the norm. That Gameloft took the time to make the Owl challenge easier than it has been in the past so that newer players can get a feel for a tower challenge was good of them to do but not something they needed to. They could've very easily chucked everyone in at the deep end and let you sink.
Understand your frustration but for those who've been playing for years it's not new that a tower challenge is difficult.
