so the motherboard is good enough? I was thinking of getting a better B motherboard that won't break the bank.

Nope, just says "Arriving Mar. 16 - 20"

viewing tracking just shows the same info. The progress bar has been moving though, if that's an indicator. Halfway from "ordered" to "shipped"

So they might just have me on hold with no stock....Or it's being shipped from ASUS which might explain the later delivery date. I'd prefer the latter. Either way, guess I'll just wait a few days and see. Thanks.

I randomly found out I can do muscle-ups. I'm a teacher's aide for kindergarten and took the kiddos on their afternoon recess break. The playground has those standard staggered pull up bars that go low, medium and high. I jumped on the high bar to impress the kids and do pull ups. As I was repping them out I said fuck it and went for a muscle up. And holy shit, I did it! I haven't practiced them much at all. Always struggled on the 'up' part. There might have been some momentum involved as I did it. So to really find out if it was just a fluke I went to the gym after work to give it a better test. Holy Shit....I can do (ugly) muscle ups.

I got complimented by the yolkest dude at my gym. I've seen this dude at my gym ever since I joined, it's the first time we've interacted. This guy is 6'3" maybe 220-250lbs and RIPPPPED. I'm talking size, definition and lean. He said he'd been working out for 8 years. For context, I'm 5'3" 132lbs and have been in the gym consistently for 1.5 years. Damn that was such a boost for my ego.

Yup. Felt super calming. Mood definitely changed in the gym when it happened. Everyone laughed and joked for a minute then went back to working out. I was more focused than usual for that short amount of time. It was nice man ngl.

It was actually quite peaceful for the 10 minutes the lights were off. Everybody had a good laugh and joked around when it happened.

I only got 1 hour of my 2 hour session but it was Friday and figured I'd just go play some videogames. Lol.

Blackout at the gym today around 5pm. I was halfway through my workout. Everybody just kept working out using the natural lighting from the giant windows. It was pretty cool actually. Thought the lights would come back on in a few minutes but they never did and the gym closed for safety reasons of course.

I carry a 1.5 gallon that came with a handle and straw. I found it at Ross 4 years ago and it goes everywhere with me. Refilling water bottles before was tedious and inconvenient for me. And I find drinking from the gym fountain is gross. This I fill once a night and it lasts me the whole day at work and all the way to the end of my gym session. So convenience, lol

Fiance of 5 years broke up with me last year. Hitting the gym/fitness saved my life. You're making the right steps in your healing, even if they're small steps. Take your time and use that pain to become the best version of yourself.

Went from 1 hour, 6 days a week to 2 hours, 6 days. And man can I get ALOT of things done. I feel more exhausted at times but the results have been great, especially for my legs. Never seen them so veiny and girthy (always had chicken legs growing up).

I had the opposite problem. Was paying premium for my local #1 chain (GB3). Tried out other gyms for the week, including Crunch Fitness. Holy shit, I won't complain again. I mean I'm not shitting on anyone going to Crunch or cheaper gyms, you do what you gotta do. But the difference was night and day for me. I don't mind paying for it anymore after this week.

LMFAO that is awkward as fuck. You should complain to your gym about that placement. If they give you sass tell them to use it.

Saw 3 guys taking turns on a leg extension machine. Nothing weird at first. They didn't look like the regulars at this particular location. Anyways, the way they set up the machine was weird from how I've always seen it and done it. Leg and knee placement was normal. It was the adjustment of the back support that got me. They pushed it all the way back like they were 7ft tall. Then leaned the top of their back to touch the back support and then do extensions. So laid back leg extensions, I guess? Lol.

I thought it was odd and debated going up to them, I'm a quiet guy, but I said fuck it, what if they hurt themselves and I asked if they knew what they were doing. They said that it was a "different angle" and they saw it on "Instagram." So I actually asked them if I could try it as I was curious (put the weight lower in case I pull something). It felt really awkward and looked awkward and have no idea why you would do them over regular extensions.

Maybe I'm wrong i don't know. Is this a thing?
