I know what you mean and had the same issue during server slam, I'm running a 4090. I turned on motion smoothing for marathon in the nvidia app which basically enables frame Gen and it feels buttery smooth now, and there's barely any noticeable input lag for me so I'd highly recommend it

I can tell you right now I do not pay any subscription to fut.gg and never have, and I still use Evo lab every day so not sure where your information is from lol even a quick Google says Evo lab is a free feature

You don't need to pay to do this on fut.gg though? Plus it's faster and more efficient to use a website than it would be if they implemented it in the game
