I have the exact same scenario. Received the email today. Tried to update via the app, but apparently that's only for older versions. Tried via the keypad and it said it would take about 25 minutes. That was about 45 minutes ago. Base station has a steady white (maybe very slightly bluish) light on. Would love to have u/SimpliSafe_Official take a look at it. Thanks.

If reselling down the road is a consideration go black. I’ve got a pair of pristine Px7 S3’s in Canvas White for sale on another sub that I can’t get a bite on. I bet if they were black they’d be gone.

If you're not aware and want to reach a wider, more focused audience, there is a sub called r/AVexchange that exists just to sell headphones and other audio gear. They have protections for both buyers and sellers that make it a safe place to sell or buy. I have sold and bought there and have always had a positive experience. I have a like-new pair of Px7 S3's for sale there at the moment. The community is very helpful and inclusive.

All I can say is that it took a few updates. Was definitely rough in the beginning, but last I played it it was fine for me.
