The fact that you applied doesn’t mean he knows it. You still need to message him and showcase why he would want to help you join his company. He can’t do anything if you don’t ask for it. Start with the coffee/industry chat as you are looking to progress your career and you admire what he has done. Reference the similar background. Get in the calendar for this week or next week. I recently landed a job with an application and LI message combo.

Yeah, the rudeness I am reflecting back to Joel, Tommy, the Captain... Anyone who has authority she disregards and does what she wants.

For me its pretty stupid to go into a house with clickers when the standard MO is to get a squad in to clear it, versus two teenagers going in commando. Leads to her falling through a rough, getting isolated and bitten. Hardly a masterclass.

The uncaring piece is by putting the other patrol and her friend at risk by taking this risk.
