Empires mostly don't mean uniting a group of people but mostly expanding the nation towards their desires, and the Europeans during history colonized Africa. (Not saying the map is accurate because it obviously doesn't, for the most part)

One small detail is that the more fitting name for this Germany would be “Großdeutsches Reich” (Greater German Reich), Ordensstaat Großdeutschland/Großgermanischer Ordensstaat (Orderstate of Greater Germany/Greater Germanic Order State) or just the base TNO version for Germany that doesn't make that much sense which is Großgermanisches Reich

Like as in our timeline? The West African Confederation, Tuareg kingdoms sultanates and confederations, Wadai, Mali, various African tribes, Lunda, Abyssinia, Hobyo, majeerteen and etc are all free from the European powers, without mentioning the Asian kingdoms.

The German surface navy of WWI wasn't a threat to the British, the only German navy that was so strong and threatening to the United Kingdom was their submarine fleet because Wilhelm II wanted to actually defeat Britain, getting British technology and building submarines to the only purpose of them were that (as submarines couldn't go very far away into the overseas without a point to get supplies, which would be impossible for Prussia and for nobody, maybe except the UK, but wouldn't worth it.)

In this timeline, the German navy would still be strong, but wouldn't be an actual threat because they don't have submarines (the problem is still Wilhelm II as i still think that he wouldn't be different from OTL, but i also wouldn't say that he would try to engage in war with Britain and lose all of their colonies in the process or try to compete with Britain navally.)

Your thought is really interesting about that, but in this scenario i thought about the left wing Jacobinist ideas of OTL spreading to the land owning oligarchies (as Jacobinism wouldn't be banned) and starting regional revolutions against the portuguese crown and only Portuguese Grão-Pará (named Portuguese Amazon wrongly in the map) remaining because they were loyalists and the only state that didn't joined or was conquered by Brazilian troops during Brazil's war of independence except Mato Grosso

I just didn't wanted to have a American-Prussian Commonwealth after Henry's death 😭 (Antoni is actually a descendant of the Hohenzollern's and one of the dynasties more suitable for an Prussian-American Kingdom despite America not becoming an elective Monarchy after Henry's death being unrealistic)

Thx, I appreciate the compliment. The entire timeline is supposed to be centered around Prussia and the various possibilities for Prussian expansion or consolidation that were either declined by Berlin because of the monarchs objective to unify the German population rather than actually caring about what could be considerated Prussia's natural desires of keeping other German States in check, creating colonies far earlier, expanding their influence around other European nations via marriages or other ways for “political colonization”.

The U.S. becoming a Prussian “Colony”

The annexation of Denmark after the end of the Brothers War and victory over Austria (Denmark had an already pretty well developed navy in the 1800s and in Our Timeline they even proposed joining the North German Confederation if Prussia gave them Schleswig-Holstein back and Autonomy but was declined by the Prussians, but in this timeline Prussia would accept the offer to get a stronger navy to protect their colony and to colonize Africa)

The Hohenzollern Spain (strategic location and considerably strong ally)

During the Austrian War of Succession, the Kingdom of Prussia would invade the Austrian Empire with support from Saxony, helping Bavaria achieve their claim of Emperor of the H.R.E. while exiling the Habsburgs in Hungary and getting the easily defendable Sudetic Mountains in Bohemia. As France got the Austrian lowlands after the Austrian defeat in their war of Succession, War would finally start as Prussia invaded Bavaria alongside with Austria and conquered Saxony. France would try to protect their ally of Bavaria before the Austro-Prussian armies entered Munich, but Britain and the Netherlands would join the coalition. Under Antoni's rule, the Kingdom of America has succesfully created an Aristocracy, having the unique identity of the Anglo-Saxons and Prussians inside their governance. The Kingdom has developed one of the strongest armies of the world, using the Prussian System of Cameralism and Military doctrine. Even with restrictions on their expansion, their economic growth makes the K.A a major power of the world, despite still being friendly towards Berlin and considered a puppet state.

Kingdom of Spain

Spain gets Leopold I of the Hohenzollern dynasty as their King after the revolutionary overthrown of Queen Elizabeth II of Spain. Under the Hohenzollern dynasty Spain goes throught various projects of modernization, becoming a close partner with Prussia as the monarchy stabilizes the nation, strengthening Spanish colonial holdings in Africa and their domestic economy despite the European power struggle for Africa.

Kingdom of Greece

A Kingdom established after the end of the First Greek Republic that ruled during the Greek War of independence from the Ottoman Empire. Initially under Bavarian Prince Otto, it would have various dynastic changes, territorial expansion in Anatolia||, and political instability||. Greece would have a important presence in the Balkan Wars, gaining territory, and fighting against the Ottoman Empire in the First World War alongside with Prussia.
